The project will include designing a comprehensive amenities website and high-quality print materials that effectively communicate the luxury and exclusivity of the neighborhood. The branding will emphasize the prime location, sophisticated lifestyle, and premium amenities offered to potential residents.

The Problem

The main goal was to define a brand highlights the stunning Manhattan skyline and peaceful Hudson River, using visuals that represent modern, exclusive, luxurious, and elegant feelings.
